Pricing

Prices for treatments and facility access are set at the time of your visit and may change without notice. Where a price is shown on this site, it's provided as a guide — please confirm current pricing with our team before or when you arrive.

Booking and walk-ins

The pool, sauna, steam room and ice bath are generally available on a walk-in basis, subject to capacity. Massage treatments can usually be booked ahead by phone, message, or in person, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

Your visit

To help us look after you and other guests, you agree to:

• Follow any safety guidance given by our staff around the pool, sauna, steam room and ice bath
• Let your therapist know about any injuries, conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before a treatment begins
• Arrive on time for booked treatments — late arrival may shorten your session

Payment

Payment is due at the time of your visit unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are confirmed on-site.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change a booked treatment, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to another guest.

Your use of this website

You may use this site for your own, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by trying to break its security, scrape it at scale, or copy its content for a competing business.
